UK fans, however, will have to wait until the following morning when the bigger multiplexes open their respective box offices. Typically, the big chains launch their tickets sales at 10am, however, this has yet to be confirmed by any chain. We have reached out to Cineworld who have confirmed that their tickets will go on sale on Tuesday but wouldn’t commit to a specific time. Odeon has also confirmed Tuesday as their launch day but also refused to commit to a time.
The official Star Wars social media channels have also posted a small teaser clip to accompany the announcement.
