The teaser for Fast 9 changes the game for Dom and Letty
Ahead of Its full trailer reveal this coming Friday, Universal Pictures and Vin Diesel have released a teaser trailer for the full trailer of the upcoming ‘Fast & Furious 9‘. Let’s take a look:
Very intriguing. It’s a great throwback with Diesel’s character’s voiceover stating he can no longer live his life a quarter of a mile at a time. From the looks of the film, Dom and Letty have settled down to a quiet life somewhere in America finally after years of dodging the law. Dom is seen showing his son the ropes of car (in this case tractor) repair. Letty is seen as a wholesome stay at home mom. She is also seen giving her chain to Dom’s son, Brian and saying it will protect him from what’s coming. The next shot is of Dom looking concerned at the chain seemingly hanging from young Brian’s bedpost before we fade away to black.
Not that much is known about the film’s plotline as yet but we can expect to see more and probably get a feel for the film when the full trailer drops sometime on Friday.
Fast & Furious 9 stars Vin Diesel as Dominic Toretto, Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz, Jordanna Brewster as Mia Toretto, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pierce, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges as Tej Parker, Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey, Helen Mirren as Magdalene Shaw and Charlize Theron as Cipher, all returning to their roles from the previous film. Also joining the cast this time around is Michael Rooker, John Cena, Finn Cole, Anna Sawai, Vinnie Bennett, Ozuna and Cardi B. Justin Lin is once again on directorial duties and Brian Tyler returns once more as the film’s score composer.
The film will accelerate into theatres come May 22nd.
