Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo are returning to write a sequel to the popular Dark Nights: Metal series
DC Comics has announced that Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo are returning to write a sequel to the popular Dark Nights: Metal series. Dark Nights: Metal was a 6-part crossover storyline that was published from June 2017 to March 2018. It also included multiple tie-in comics and dug into the story about Batman‘s discovery of the existence of a dark multiverse and led to the release of 7 evil versions of himself. One of the more popular versions got his own solo comic book series, The Batman Who Laughs.
The first issue of the follow-up series will be released on May 13 and like its predecessor, will include several one-shots and tie-ins in addition to the 6-part main storyline.
The darkness that has engulfed the DC Multiverse doesn’t seem to be lifting soon!
