'Dune' | The Trailer Teaser Tantalizes

The full trailer for Denis Villeneuve‘s sci-fi blockbuster will be unleashed tomorrow

After what seems an eternity, a brief announcement teaser for the first trailer for the Warner Bros. remake of the classic Frank Herbert novel ‘Dune‘ has finally made its way out to the masses. Although not showing hardly anything at all, the teaser is intriguing enough to pique the interest. Let’s drop in and take a look:

I like the revolving of the faces of the assembled cast which slowly turns to sand and blows away in the wind before we are presented with the logo. And we see the features of a confused looking Timothee Chalamet who is portraying the role of Paul Atreides, the main role in the film. The film is only going to cover the first half of the book which leads us to assume that Warners, Legendary Pictures, and Villeneuve Films expect the film to become a great success and will lead to the sequel to cover the remaining half of the epic novel.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve (Blade Runner 2049, Arrival, etc) the film is due to open on December 18th this year. Check back tomorrow for the full trailer reveal.
