Chris Pratt battles to save the future against an alien threat in the first teaser for The Tomorrow War
Prime Video has released the first teaser for Chris Pratt’s The Tomorrow War. The streamer recently teased us with some juicy stills from the actioner, but today they upped the ante by dropping a suitably gripping 30-second trailer. Check it out below:
In the film, the fate of a futuristic war rests upon one man’s abilities to confront the ghosts of his past. Humanity is losing to an alien invasion, so to fight back, scientists develop a way to draft soldiers from the past to fight the war. Alongside the always reliable Chris Pratt, the film also stars Yvonne Strahovski, Betty Gilpin, Keith Powers, Mike Mitchell, Sam Richardson, and J.K. Simmons.

The movie was one of many blockbusters caught up in the pandemic reshuffle. But thankfully, Amazon stepped in and secured the film for a reported $200 million. The film will now release on Prime Video on July 2nd.
