Loki - Miss Minutes

Will the real villain behind the Time Keepers be revealed to be the mysterious Miss Minutes? Annlyel seems to think so…

Every story has to have a protagonist and an antagonist. For Loki, he’s our protagonist of the show (we can’t be rooting for a villain, can we?) and it was just a matter of time before we would discover the show’s antagonist.

That started to become very clear when Loki and Mobius had a conversation during the second episode. And it began to sound like the Time Keepers/TVA were kind of creepy. That became even more obvious when Sylvie tells Loki in the third episode that the agents of the TVA are all kidnapped variants: working as brainwashed soldiers for the time-travel police.

THE TIME KEEPERS

Now it’s become very obvious that yes, there is something very wrong with the TVA and the creation of the Sacred Timeline. But when Loki and Sylvie confronted the Time Keepers we learned that they were merely creepy robots. Androids with glowing eyes speaking in deep, booming voices to make themselves seem more intimidating than they are.

So…who is the actual villain? It seems very clear to me. It’s Miss Minutes (or whoever she truly is.)

MISS MINUTES

When the official trailer was released it was expectedly glorious. But there was a strange addition that had everyone figuratively scratching their heads. And that of course was the reveal of Miss Minutes on the poster. A happy animated clock lady who seemed like such a massive contrast to the rest of the poster. Now, this clock lady is scaring me. We’ve already heard from the writers that there’s more to her than meets the eye and now, I think they are very right.

Who is Miss Minutes and is she a facade like Annette Benning’s Dr. Lawson in Captain Marvel, who, in fact, was the image the Supreme Intelligence created for Carol Danvers? I guess we’ll find out next week, right?
