
Sony Pictures gives us an early Christmas present with a brand new trailer for the Videogame adaptation.
After many false daws over the years, the big-screen version of the videogame ‘Uncharted’ is now less than two months away. Tom Holland, currently enjoying great success in ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ takes the lead role of Nathan Drake. Mark Wahlberg, once originally set to play Drake himself, co-stars as Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan, Nathan’s mentor. A new trailer for the film has today been released by Sony Pictures, giving the fans a nice, early Christmas present. Grab your treasure hunting gear as we take a look:
THE PREMISE
Based on one of the best-selling, most critically acclaimed video game series of all time, Uncharted introduces audiences to the young street-smart Nathan Drake and showcases his first treasure hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan. In an action-adventure epic that spans the globe, the two go in the dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nathan’s long-lost brother.
‘Uncharted’ hits the UK on February 11th, 2022, and the USA on February 18th, 2022.
