
Michael Giacchino’s haunting piano melody sinks its claws into the listener.
After the release of two of the other character themes from ‘The Batman’, today sees the debut of Catwoman’s theme. The Zoe Kravitz character gets a haunting piano melody from composer Michael Giacchino. And is reminiscent of Elliot Goldenthal’s music from ‘Batman Forever’ which accompanied Nicole Kidman’s character of Dr. Chase Meridian. It also has hints of Jerry Goldsmith and parts of his ‘Basic Instinct’ score. But it is a wonderfully original piece of music, perfect for this new vision of Batman and his world of characters. Let’s sink our claws into what Michael Giacchino has created:
