Jared Leto will be bringing us a new Marvel Legend in theatres on April 1st.
After all the delays thanks to the pandemic, April sees the release of ‘Morbius.’ The Sony Pictures, Columbia Pictures, and Marvel Entertainment production has been shunted around the release schedules for almost two years. Originally due for release in July of 2020, the film will hit screens on April 1st. In preparation for the film finally debuting in theatres, the final trailer has been unveiled. Let’s join Jared Leto to see what we can expect:
THE CAST
Jared Leto will be playing the title character of Michael Morbius. Morbius is a scientist suffering from a rare blood disease. His attempts to cure himself afflict him with a form of transgenic vampirism. This leads him in gaining superhuman abilities but none of the superstitious weaknesses associated with vampires. Matt Smith plays the role of Loxias Crown, Morbius’ friend who suffers from the same blood disease. Adria Arjona is Martine Bancroft, a scientist, and Morbius’ fiancee. Jared Harris is Morbius’ mentor. Tyrese Gibson plays Simon Stroud, an FBI agent who is hunting Morbius down. And Michael Keaton reprises his role of Adrian Toomes/ Vulture once more after ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming.’

‘Morbius’ will see us meet a new Marvel Legend in theatres on April 1st.
Are you excited about the film? Do you think it will fit into the ‘Spider-Man’ and ‘Venom’ universe with ease? Do you think it will be as scary as it looks? Why not let us know your thoughts!
