1

Funimation and Wakanim are unifying under the Crunchyroll brand.

The streaming service Funimation and its subsidiary Wakanim along with Crunchyroll’s VRV are all unifying under the Crunchyroll brand. This means all your anime will be on one platform. So you will only need one subscription for your anime. This is a game-changer move!

Starting today, a lot of TV series and movies from Funimation and Wakanim are arriving on Crunchyroll. This includes titles such as My Hero Academia, Tokyo Ghoul and SK8 The Infinity. Furthermore, the upcoming Spring season and beyond will only stream on Crunchyroll. Funimation and Wakanim will only add new episodes of their current continuing series. Obviously, you will want to move to Crunchyroll very soon.

Finally, to welcome Funimation, Wakanim and VRV subscribers to Crunchyroll, they will get 60 days of Premium Crunchyroll free. In the coming days, subscribers will receive an email with a link to activate that offer.

This is the current list of series and movies from Funimation that are now on Crunchyroll:

Make sure to keep an eye on Crunchyroll as more and more series and movies are making the jump to their platform.
