Entertainment Weekly debuts the first stills from the upcoming Star Wars Disney+ series! Now updated with images from the first trailer!
After we posted the first version of this article earlier, the first trailer for the series has finally been unveiled alongside some new images:

We all wanted him to come back again. We petitioned for years. And now, on May 25th, we will witness the return of Obi-Wan Kenobi. Ewan McGregor will once again be wearing his Jedi cloak as ‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ will soon be hitting Disney+. Entertainment Weekly has the scoop on what we can expect to see in the show. They have debuted exclusive images today from the upcoming show. And they have sent the fans into meltdown. As we wait for the first trailer for the show to drop, feast your eyes on what we will be seeing shortly:

The series begins with Obi-Wan Kenobi watching over Luke Skywalker on Tatooine, ten years after the events of ‘Star Wars: Episode III-Revenge Of The Sith.’. And takes the character on a “Rollicking adventure.”
In addition to Ewan McGregor, Moses Ingram, and Joel Edgerton, the series will also feature Bonnie Piesse returning as Beru Whitesun Lars. Others that have been cast in undisclosed roles are Kumail Nanjiani, Indira Varma. Maya Erskine, Simone Kessell. Benny Safdie, O’Shea Jackson. Rupert Friend, and Sung Kang. Plus, we shouldn’t forget the small matter of Hayden Christensen returning to play the role of Anakin Skywalker/ Darth Vader. It has also been revealed that the Grand Inquisitor will be making an appearance in the show too.
Joby Harold has written the series with Deborah Chow directing all of the six episodes the series contains. Legendary composer John Williams has returned to the Star Wars universe to compose the main theme for the show.
