New Look | The New Trailer For Thor: Love And Thunder Arrives With A Thump!

Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, and Tessa Thompson return to do battle with Christian Bale’s villain in Marvel Studios Thor: Love And Thunder! Plus the official poster arrives!

Yep! The god of thunder is back again this summer. July 8th to be precise. Coming back to our screens to create more mayhem, Chris Hemsworth returns as Thor in Taika Waititi’s ‘Thor: Love And Thunder.’ This is the fourth solo film for the Norse god but he won’t be returning alone. Tessa Thompson reprises her role as Valkyrie in the film, now the king of New Asgard. Taika Waititi appears as Korg once again. And Natalie Portman returns to the franchise for the first time since ‘Thor: The Dark World’, reprising her role as Jane Foster, who now has become The Mighty Thor. Christian Bale appears as the film’s villain, Gorr The God Butcher, Russell Crowe has a cameo as the God Zeus. And those lovable ‘Guardians Of The Galaxy.’ are on hand to make an appearance also. A brand new trailer for the film has arrived from Mount Olympus today. Grab your hammers as we go into battle once again:

THE PREMISE

Following the events of ‘Avengers: Endgame.’, Thor attempts to find inner peace but must return to action and recruit Valkyrie, Korg, and Jane Foster-who has become the Mighty Thor-to stop Gorr The God Butcher from eliminating all gods.

Taika Waititi has described Thor in the film as going through a mid-life crisis. “He is just trying to figure out exactly who he is and why he’s a hero or whether he should be a hero.”
