Diego Luna returns as Cassian Andor in the upcoming Disney+ show, Andor.
On September 21st, we will once again meet up with Cassian Andor. The character, played by Diego Luna was first seen in the ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ movie back in 2016. Now, he’s the star of his own prequel series. Titled simply ‘Andor’, the series will run for two seasons which will lead it to the start of ‘Rogue One.’ The final trailer for the show has been released at this year’s D23 Expo. Let’s rejoin the rebellion with Cassian Andor:
THE PREMISE
Beginning five years before the events of Rogue One, the series follows an ensemble cast of characters during the time that a Rebel Alliance is forming in opposition to the Galactic Empire. One of these characters is Cassian Andor, a thief who becomes a revolutionary and eventually joins the Rebellion.
‘Andor’ will return on Disney+ when it premieres on September 21st.
