Warwick Davis returns to his iconic role in Disney+ original series Willow, premiering this November.
Back in 1988, director Ron Howard brought ‘Willow’ to the world. Executive-produced by George Lucas, the film made a decent profit but wasn’t the big blockbuster everyone expected. But that didn’t stop the film from becoming a family favorite the world over. For many years, fans have clamored for a sequel to the film. This November, they will get their wish. Disney+ is bringing an adaptation of the classic fairytale movie to their service. But more than that, it will serve as a sequel to the 1988 film. Warwick Davis returns once again as Willow while Joanne Whalley as Sorsha also returns from the original film. It has also been revealed that Christian Slater will appear in the show.
