NBC Reveals A New Look At Universal's Halloween Ends

WARNING! SPOILERS AHEAD! NBC unveils a new look at the final chapter of Laurie Strode and Michael Myers. In ten days, Halloween Ends!

It’s time for a fresh look at Universal’s Halloween Ends.

When is a final trailer not a final trailer? When NBC reveals an extended look AFTER the final trailer has been released! Ten days from now, audiences will be screaming for the final time (that we know of) as ‘Halloween Ends’ stalks into theaters. The final battle, 44 years in the making between Laurie Strode and Michael Myers is so close now, we can almost touch it. Jamie Lee Curtis has said that this will be her final time playing Laurie Strode. And I can believe it. The franchise will probably continue after this film but the story of Laurie and Michael’s battle will be done. Let’s see what new footage we can find with the NBC trailer. SPOILER WARNING though:

THE PREMISE

Four years after the events of Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since his last brutal rampage. Laurie, after allowing the specter of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life. But when a young man, Corey Cunningham, is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.
