Teen Wolf: The Movie To Premiere On Paramount Plus In January 2023

The popular show gets a full-length movie that will hit Paramount Plus UK on Friday, January 27th, 2023. Are you ready for Teen Wolf: The Movie?

Loosely based on the 1985 film of the same name, the series ‘Teen Wolf’ was a huge success. The series ran for six seasons before coming to an end in 2017. Starring Tyler Posey, Crystal Reed, Dylan O’Brien, Tyler Hoechlin, Holland Roden, Colton Haynes, Shelley Hennig, Arden Cho, Dylan Sprayberry, Linden Ashby, Melissa Ponzio, and JR Bourne, the show saw a young werewolf who defended his California town from supernatural creatures and other threats. Now, five years after the series ended, a full-length movie continuation is on its way.

‘Teen Wolf: The Movie’ will premiere on Paramount Plus in January of next year. This was announced at the New York Comic Con panel. It was also here that a first-look clip was revealed. Let’s see what we can expect:

THE DETAILS

Paramount+ U.K. today announced that the upcoming original film, TEEN WOLF: THE MOVIE, written and produced by Jeff Davis, will premiere on Friday, Jan. 27, 2023. Paramount+ also revealed a first-look clip from the film during yesterday’s joint TEEN WOLF: THE MOVIE and WOLF PACK panel at New York Comic Con. The TEEN WOLF: THE MOVIE panel featured a conversation between writer and executive producer Jeff Davis and cast members Tyler Posey, Holland Roden, Shelley Hennig, Crystal Reed, Colton Haynes, Vince Mattis, Khylin Rhambo, Amy Workman, and Dylan Sprayberry. The panel was moderated by Rotten Tomatoes editor Jacqueline Coley.

THE PREMISE

In TEEN WOLF: THE MOVIE, produced by MTV Entertainment Studios and MGM, a full moon rises in Beacon Hills, and with it, a terrifying evil has emerged. The wolves are howling once again, calling for the return of banshees, werecoyotes, hellhounds, kitsunes, and every other shapeshifter in the night. But only a werewolf like Scott McCall (Posey), no longer a teenager yet still an alpha, can both gather new allies and reunite trusted friends to fight back against what could be the most powerful and deadliest enemy they’ve ever faced.

The film also stars Tyler Hoechlin, Orny Adams, Linden Ashby, JR Bourne, Seth Gilliam, Ryan Kelley, Melissa Ponzio, Ian Bohen, and Nobi Nakanishi.

‘Teen Wolf: The Movie’ will be howling at the full moon when it premieres on Paramount Plus UK on January 27th, 2023.
