The 1950s classics The War Of The Worlds and When Worlds Collide will hit Blu-ray on November 7th as a double feature.
The science fiction genre still remains one of the best in the movie world. After suffering a lull, it has hit back in a big way. But despite all the improved visual effects, and bigger budgets, they still can’t hold a candle to the classic 1950s science fiction movies. Two of these classics have been brought together by Paramount Home Entertainment in a double feature that will be released on Blu-ray this November.
The first, ‘When Worlds Collide’ will make its Blu-ray debut in the set. The other, one of my all-time favorites, ‘The War Of The Worlds’ will be making its 4K Ultra HD debut. The pair will be released together in a double feature set as well as a limited edition collectible set that includes both films alongside some neat collectible extras.
