Hot Toys announces a new Groot figure!

With the series of shorts I Am Groot released earlier this year, Hot Toys couldn’t pass on the opportunity of giving us a new updated figure of this character! This time, he comes with accessories seen in the series and a new headsculpt. Furthermore, there is also a deluxe version with even more accessories and a second figure.

BASIC VERSION

Let’s groove with our beloved tree! Groot gets up to trouble in his own collection of shorts, branches out of his usual style, transforming into luscious green looks featuring his leaves all grown out. Based on Marvel Studios’ I Am Groot series, the adorable Groot recreated as a highly detailed figure is now coming to show off his free dances.

Skillfully crafted based on Groot’s appearance in the series, this 26cm tall Groot figure features three interchangeable face sculpts with laughing, smiling and furious expressions; sculpted tree texture on the specialized body. Clumps of greenery giving Groot alternate looks from leafy hairdos, body, to impressive bushy mustache and biceps. Also the must-have accessories include cucumber slices for relaxation and Groot’s drawing of the Guardians of the Galaxy family.
