
The #1 original horror film of the year will become available to watch on digitally on December 14th, and on DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K UHD on December 26th. Soon, we will be able to SMILE at home.
One of the most original horror movies to hit screens this year is gearing up to hit home entertainment. The hit movie Smile will become available for digital download next Wednesday, the 14th of December. This will be followed by a physical release on Boxing Day, December 26th. The film is a truly effective scarer that will have the audience on the edge of their seats from the start. And in some cases, jumping out of them (Read our review here). The digital, 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray releases will boast over an hour’s worth of bonus features. Including the short film, Laura Hasn’t Slept which inspired the film.

Critics are calling SMILE “haunting” (Erik Davis, Fandango) and “scary as hell” (Alyse Wax, Collider). The film stars Sosie Bacon as Dr. Rose Cotter who, after witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.
