Crunchyroll Adds Fan-Favourite Anime Series To Its Ad-Supported Catalogue!

A new batch of fan-favourite anime series are coming to the ad-supported catalog of Crunchyroll!

If you are using the ad-supported version of Crunchyroll this news is for you. Indeed, Crunchyroll has announced that the streaming platform will be adding a new batch of fan-favorite series to its freely available AVOD catalogue starting now. This includes series like BLUELOCK, Chainsaw Man, SPY x Family and more!

“It’s part of our service to fans when we can make popular titles more accessible,” said Crunchyroll’s Chief Content Officer, Asa Suehira. “These titles will be part of the 1,000 hours of Crunchyroll’s library available free for fans as a way of sampling the world of anime, building new audiences, and growing the already passionate community.”

Those who have signed up for a free user account with Crunchyroll will have the ability to watch all AVOD title offerings for free with ads. Additional titles already available in Crunchyroll’s AVOD library include Cowboy BebopDemon Slayer: Kimetsu no YaibaHorimiyaOne PieceKaguya-sama: Love is WarMy Hero AcademiaTokyo Ghoul, and many more.

These titles are available in Crunchyroll’s English-speaking territories of the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Titles in other territories may vary.

Crunchyroll is currently host to a catalogue of over 46,000 episodes of anime series and feature films, available on 15+ different platforms, and in 10 languages subbed and/or dubbed. Beyond Crunchyroll’s AVOD selection, tiered paid subscriptions for ad-free viewing and other awesome perks are available starting at the Fan level for £4.99 a month, and Mega Fan for £5.99 a month.
