Mega Movie Weekend is now on! The First-of-its-kind monthly film promotion includes Top Gun: Maverick and Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.
This weekend, the British Association for Screen Entertainment (BASE) launches Mega Movie Weekend, across all digital platforms that consumers know and love. In association with the major UK distributors – Lionsgate, Paramount Pictures, Studiocanal, Signature Entertainment, Spirit Entertainment, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, and Warner Bros. Discovery – the promotion will help audiences build their digital libraries with fantastic titles at promotional prices*.
A broad selection of fresh and exciting films will be available to download and keep for a limited time at great value prices during the third weekend of each month – perfect for cosy nights this autumn and winter.
THE FIRST PROMOTION
Included in the first promotion, everyone’s favourite animated cat returns to the screen in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. For thrill-seekers, the biggest movie of 2022, Top Gun: Maverick, is available at a great price for this weekend. And for those looking for something a little bit different, Don’t Worry Darling, directed by Olivia Wilde and starring Florence Pugh and Harry Styles is part of the deal.

For 72 hours across Friday, September 15th to Sunday, September 17th, the campaign will run across seven key retailers: Amazon Prime Video, the Apple TV app, BT Store, Google TV, Rakuten TV, Sky Store and Virgin Media Store. Prices start from £1.99*, the first promotion includes titles such as:
