Are you ready to engage in a Civil War? You need to be ready. In April of 2024, the new movie from writer/ director Alex Garland will be exploding into theaters. Starring Kirsten Dunst, Wagner Moura, Stephen McKinley Henderson, and Cailee Spaeny, this action film takes place in the near future. In an interview with the UK Newspaper, The Daily Telegraph, Garland described the film as a companion piece to his film Men. Garland stated that the film is:
“set at an indeterminate point in the future – just far enough ahead for me to add a conceit – and serves as a sci-fi allegory for our currently polarised predicament”
