Netflix plants a REAL 9-carat diamond in a South London Billboard to launch the true-crime series The Diamond Heist. A diamond not even Lee Wenham can steal.

Netflix has today released its newest true-crime documentary series, The Diamond Heist. Almost 25 years after the infamous attempted robbery of the 203.4-carat Millennium Star Diamond from the Millennium Dome. But in a remarkable twist, Netflix has planted a REAL diamond in a South London billboard to promote the new series.

HANDS OFF LEE!

The billboard debuted this morning on Clapham High Street, with the 9-carat diamond affixed to it in a specially lit display case. But those with itchy fingers may want to divert any devious plans. The billboard is being surveilled with CCTV cameras and two on-site security guards. Besides, who would be audacious enough to steal a diamond on one of the busiest high streets in South London?
