Epic Games has provided an updated look at the upcoming Fortnite x Star Wars Galactic Battle Season Battle Pass, featuring skins of Poe Dameron and General Grievous.
Epic Games just dropped some cool news about the Fortnite x Star Wars Galactic Battle Season Battle Pass. They teased this new season during Star Wars Celebration last weekend, and it’s packed with awesome new skins for fan-favorite characters like Emperor Palpatine and Mace Windu. Today, they ramped up the hype with a fresh poster revealing that General Grievous will be joining the lineup too!
Yep, the infamous leader of the Separatist droid army is stepping into Fortnite to show off his deadly moves. And he won’t be the only one showing up this season! Poe Dameron is also making his debut. We first got a glimpse of him in his Resistance officer gear, but the latest reveal shows him in his pilot flight suit, hinting at some different looks for him.
But here’s a fun twist: the artwork has Poe rocking Jango Fett’s classic Westar-34 blaster pistols. Does this mean Jango Fett might be the next legacy character to hit the game? Let’s not jump the gun just yet—check out the reveal below!
GALACTIC BATTLE
The new season promises to be exceptional. Along with a host of new characters like Darth Jar Jar, a customisable Mandalorian, Captain Phasma, Mace Windu, and Emperor Palpatine, a new playable C-3PO skin is expected to be coming to the item shop. If that isn’t enough, characters from Andor: Season 2 are expected to feature throughout the season. And then, there’s the traditional map changes. The Fortnite map is getting a makeover to feature some of the most famous locations in Star Wars lore.
If you’re up for battling your foes in the snow, Starkiller Base is the spot to check out. Prefer sand? Mos Eisley on Tatooine has you covered. Want to take a nice walk through a thick forest? The Resistance Base is perfect for that. And to top it all off, we’ve got Darth Vader’s Samurai Solitude rounding out the new locations.

What an incredible season of Star Wars awesomeness. The new Star Wars Battle Pass will be available starting May 2 and will remain active until June 8. This time frame includes Star Wars Day on May 4, which is always a big deal in Fortnite, as it is known for introducing fantastic new characters and cosmetics in the item shop. There’s a lot of buzz going around that lightsabers might finally be turned into pickaxes. Fans have been asking Epic Games to let Star Wars characters use lightsabers, and it appears that those wishes may soon come true. And with X-Wing and TIE Fighters coming as usable vehicles, the new season is set up to be a rollercoaster ride of Star Wars brilliance.
Whether you’re into Jedi, Sith, Rebels, or Mandalorians, there’s something for everyone from the Force. So, get ready to dive in because these new updates are coming in faster than the Millennium Falcon making the Kessel Run! What else does Epic Games have up its sleeve?
