Harlan Coben's Lazarus Delivers A Trailer And Poster For The Mind-Bending Prime Video Thriller

Sam Claflin and Bill Nighy head the cast. The trailer and poster for the Prime Video series Harlan Coben’s Lazarus have been released.

Today, Prime Video released the official trailer and key art for the highly anticipated new thriller series, Harlan Coben’s Lazarus. The release date for all six episodes is Wednesday, October 22nd. Exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.

THE PREMISE

Based on an original story idea and written by the New York Times best-selling author Harlan Coben and BAFTA-winner Danny Brocklehurst. Harlan Coben’s Lazarus follows Joel Lazarus (Sam Claflin), who returns home after his father, Dr Jonathan Lazarus (Bill Nighy), dies by suicide. He begins experiencing unsettling events that he can’t explain. He quickly becomes entangled in a series of cold-case murders as he grapples with the mystery of his father’s death and his sister’s murder 25 years ago.

Additional cast for the series includes Alexandra Roach as Jenna Lazarus. David Fynn as Seth McGovern. Karla Crome as Bella Catton. And Kate Ashfield as Detective Alison Brown.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Harlan Coben, along with BAFTA-winner Danny Brocklehurst, takes on the roles of writer and executive producer for “Lazarus.” Brocklehurst is known for his work on “Fool Me Once” and “Stay Close.” Alongside BAFTA-winner Nicola Shindler (Happy ValleyIt’s A Sin) and Richard Fee (Fool Me OnceThe Stranger) for Quay Street Productions, part of ITV Studios, and Sam ClaflinWayne Che Yip (Rings of PowerFallout) directs Episodes One and Two and serves as executive producer. Matt Strevens (Doctor WhoCapital) also produces. Amazon MGM Studios, Quay Street Productions, and Final Twist Productions are producing the series.

Harlan Coben’s Lazarus premieres on Prime Video on October 22nd.
