(1) THE HOUSEMAID

Debuting straight at Number 1, The Housemaid makes an immediate impact. The psychological thriller follows a young woman who takes a job working for a wealthy, enigmatic couple, only to discover that the household hides disturbing secrets. As loyalties blur and manipulation intensifies, the film builds a tense, claustrophobic portrait of obsession, power and survival.

(6) HAMNET

A new entry at Number 6 sees Hamnet bring literary drama to the chart. (10) BUGONIA

With a dramatic climb from 35 last week, Bugonia lands at Number 10. The offbeat sci-fi thriller blends conspiracy and dark humour as two men become convinced a powerful executive is not what she seems, spiralling into paranoia and a surreal exploration of belief and delusion.
