Look out, Fortnite players, because today’s the day when Save the World becomes free-to-play for all, including Nintendo Switch 2!
Fortnite players, are you ready? It’s time to head back to where it all began because Fortnite Save the World is now free-to-play for everyone. What’s more, Save the World welcomes even more players to join the fight on PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Cloud, and Nintendo Switch 2 for the first time ever.
If that isn’t enough, pre-registrants and existing players can now access their respective rewards. Whether you’re upgrading your loadouts, strengthening your collection, or stocking up for future Missions, these rewards are there to help you prepare for the battles ahead. Rewards will be granted when you load into Save the World, or after completing the introduction. There’s even more in store with crossover Quests in Save the World and Battle Royale.
These Quests grant rewards in both modes, including the Super Shredder Schematic for Save the World and the Jess Outfit! And if you’re jumping in or returning to Homebase, Save the World’s progression system has been overhauled with Schematic updates, simplified XP resources, and rewards that scale with difficulty.
