The herd is back, returning to the big screen, and they’re coming in hot! An exciting new teaser trailer and poster have just dropped for “Ice Age: Boiling Point,” the next chapter in the iconic herd’s prehistoric adventures!
The teaser trailer shows Manny (voice of Ray Romano), Diego (voice of Denis Leary), Sid (voice of John Leguizamo), Buck (voice of Simon Pegg) and Ellie (voice of Queen Latifah) – along with acorn-obsessed Scrat, Crash, Eddie and Baby Scrat – as they blast out of a volcano and straight into a dinosaur-and-lava-filled madcap adventure to visit never-before-seen corners of the treacherous Lost World. Let’s take a look:
The film is the sixth movie in the franchise overall, and the fifth main installment. It follows ten years after the previous movie, Ice Age: Collision Course, which hit screens in 2016. Ray Romano, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Simon Pegg, and Queen Latifah reprise their roles from the previous films. Furthermore, this film is the first in the franchise that was not produced by Blue Sky Studios. This comes after they sadly ceased production and closed down in 2021.
