George Lucas’ fantasy story comes to life on Blu-Ray
We have exciting news.
Lucasfilm’s Willow, all-time classic and fan favourite starring Star Wars legend Warwick Davis is making its triumphant return to Blu-Ray and digital movies on 29th January 2019. The fantasy adventure, conceived by the visionary godfather of the Star Wars saga, George Lucas featured the breath-taking visual effects of Industrial Light and Magic and boasted a fantastic score soundtrack by the late James Horner.
From legendary filmmakers George Lucas and Ron Howard comes Willow, a timeless fantasy tale where heroes come in all sizes. When Willow Ufgood (Warwick Davis) finds an abandoned baby girl, he learns she is destined to end the reign of wicked Queen Bavmorda. Willow teams up with a rogue swordsman (Val Kilmer) to protect the child against the darkness. Filled with magic and danger, Willow is the ultimate story of good versus evil.
This is fantastic news. Like many fans, we will be lining up to get our hands-on Ron Howard’s Lucasfilm debut and look forward to enjoying the adventures of Willow (Warwick Davis) and Madmartigan (Val Kilmer) as they struggle to protect baby Elora Danan from the tyranny of the evil sorceress Queen Bavmorda.
