Ahead of its release, Netflix has shared an all-new poster for Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon: Part One
Although we are still a few weeks away from the release of Zack Snyder’s REBEL MOON: PART ONE: A CHILD OF FIRE, the buzz is building. The hotly anticipated adventure is zooming our way from another galaxy on December 22nd. But eager to have us gasping for more, the streamer has dropped the all-new poster for the film. And believe me, if the original premise didn’t scream STAR WARS – the new poster will! But don’t take my word for it. Dust off your blasters and check it out below:

SYNOPSIS
When a peaceful colony on the edge of the galaxy finds itself threatened by the armies of the tyrannical Regent Balisarius, they dispatch a young woman with a mysterious past named Kora to seek out warriors from neighboring planets to help them take a stand.
AN OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD CAST
The film’s star-studded stargazers include (*deep breath*) Boutella, Djimon Hounsou, Ed Skrein, Michiel Huisman, Bae Doona, Ray Fisher, Charlie Hunnam, Staz Nair, E. Duffy, and Anthony Hopkins as the voice of Jimmy, a robot knight. Oh, but there’s more: The Rebel Moon team also includes (*another, deeper breath*) Cary Elwes, Corey Stoll, Jena Malone, Fra Fee, Cleopatra Coleman, Alfonso Herrera, Stuart Martin, Sky Yang, Rhian Rees, Charlotte Maggi.
The film is directed by Zack Snyder from a screenplay he co-wrote with Kurt Johnstad and Shay Hatten. Tom Holkenborg once again collaborates with Snyder to produce the film’s soundtrack.

RELEASE
Of course, Rebel Moon began life as Snyder’s contribution to the Star Wars universe. But, for whatever reason, Lucasfilm chose a different direction. However, seeing his vision coming to the screen after undergoing a few alterations is wonderful. And now, the early buzz suggests this is Snyder’s magnum opus – which should excite movie lovers everywhere. Because if Snyder sticks the landing here, this could ignite a new universe capable of rivaling the galaxy far, far away, And that will be something extraordinary.

Rebel Moon Part One: A Child of Fire hits Netflix on Dec. 22 — and Part Two will follow soon after. What did you make of the poster? Are you a fan of Snyder’s vision of a galaxy far, far away? Sound off in the comments below.
