Now this is podracing. Lucasfilm is bringing George Lucas’ Star Wars: The Phantom Menace back to cinemas to celebrate its 25th Anniversary
Are you ready to feel the Force again? Lucasfilm has confirmed that George Lucas’ STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE is returning to cinemas on May 3rd to celebrate the film’s 25th Anniversary. For years, fans have been forced to enjoy the film on the TV screen. But if you’ve only ever seen it this way – you haven’t seen it AT ALL!
Every ground-shaking moment will be available to experience again. From the epic lightsaber duel between Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, and Darth Maul to the pulse-pounding Boonta Eve Podrace – every moment will be ready to transport you back to the galaxy far, far away. And introduce a whole new generation to the magic of STAR WARS.
THE SAGA RETURNS
The film will be returning to cinemas on May 4th weekend – running from Friday, May 3rd. However, if you intend to catch it, you’re going to have to move fast. the film is only returning for a limited time – so you best be fast when tickets go on sale.
Ordinarily, this news alone would be enough to have us igniting our lightsaber. But Star Wars fans are eating especially well today because of an all-new poster crafted by Matt Ferguson. Check it out below.
