Paramount Pictures has released the title treatment for the forthcoming animated movie TRANSFORMERS ONE.
Calling all Autobots! Paramount Pictures has unveiled the title treatment for the upcoming animated movie TRANSFORMERS ONE. The film is the first animated Transformers film in 40 years and promises to take us back to an era before the Cybertron wars. It will explore an era previously unexplored on film and reveal the origins of two of the franchise’s most influential characters: OPTIMUS PRIME and MEGATRON. Check out the title reveal below.

RETURN TO CYBERTRON
As mentioned above, the film will take us back to a time before the war on Cybertron and explore the relationship between Prime and Megatron before becoming bitter rivals. Prime, then known as Orion Pax, and Megatron, then D-16, went from the closest of friends to sworn enemies as the battle lines were drawn between the Autobots and Decepticons. As the war between the factions intensified, their relationship broke down, setting them off on a path that would see both sides rampage across the cosmos.
A STELLAR CAST
For this latest adventure, Paramount has amassed a colossal cast to bring the film home. Chris Hemsworth stars as Orion Pax, and Brian Tyree Henry stars as D-16. Rounding out the cast are Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1 and Keegan-Michael Key as B-127. Steve Buscemi, Laurence Fishburne, and Jon Hamm also lend their voices to Transformers.
The film is produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Tom DeSanto & Don Murphy, Michael Bay, Mark Vahradian, and Aaron Dem. Steven Spielberg, Zev Foreman, Olivier Dumont, Brian Oliver, B.J. Farmer, and Matt Quigg are also executive producers.

MORE THAN MEETS THE EYE!
In addition to the title reveal for TRANSFORMERS ONE, Paramount has also revealed that a sequel to RISE OF THE BEASTS has been given the green light. The film will also serve as the long-awaited and heavily teased crossover with the G.I. Joe franchise, making it all the more enticing. The movie will be produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Mark Vahradian, Michael Bay, Tom DeSanto & Don Murphy, and Steven Spielberg, who will serve as Executive Producer.
