We will finally discover the origin behind the rivalry this October with Transformers One. Check out the brand-new trailer here!
It’s been forty years since the animated debut of the Transformers. The classic cartoon series spawned many spinoffs, from other animated fare to the blockbuster movies that continue to appear in cinemas to this day. This October, we will see a new incarnation of the classic characters with the new animated movie Transformers One. This exciting new film is the first animated movie since the 1986 classic Transformers: The Movie. This version, however, doesn’t feature the voices of Peter Cullen and Frank Welker as Optimus Prime and Megatron respectively. Now, the pair are voiced by Chris Hemsworth as Orion Pax / Optimus Prime and Brian Tyree Henry as D-16 / Megatron.

The vocal cast also includes Scarlett Johansson as Elita. Keegan-Michael Key as B-127 / Bumblebee. Steve Buscemi as the film’s main antagonist. Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion, and Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime. Based on the Hasbro-created characters, the movie is directed by Josh Cooley from the screenplay by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari. Brian Tyler is on scoring duties for this new version of the property. While Lorenzo di Bonaventura. Tom DeSanto. Don Murphy. Michael Bay. Mark Vahradian and Aaron Dem produce. After the debut of the new poster for the film, today sees the release of the brand new trailer for the film. Transform and roll out as we take a look.
