WICKED FLIES ITS WAY BACK TO THE TOP!
Wicked knocks Gladiator II off the peak of the UK’s Official Film Chart following its release on disc. As chart-record-breaking musical Wicked enjoys a release on DVD, Blu-ray and 4k UHD, it leaps back up to Number 1 to claim a third non-consecutive week at the top. 11 weeks into its chart run, the film still hasn’t drifted below Number 4 in the chart, and seven of these weeks have been at Number 1 or 2. Last Friday (14 March), its soundtrack broke the record for most consecutive weeks at Number 1 on the Official Compilations Chart.

NUMBER TWO IS A REAL PAIN!
Taking this week’s highest new entry is one of the most talked about films this awards season, the comedy-drama A Real Pain at Number 2. Starring and directed by Jesse Eisenberg and co-starring Kieran Culkin, A Real Pain sees two mismatched cousins reunite for a tour through Poland to honour their grandmother but soon see their old tensions resurface.

GLADIATOR II FINDS ITS SWORD IS BLUNT!
Falling to Number 3 is Gladiator II, last week’s Number 1 film.

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG IS SLOWING DOWN!
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 falls a place to land at Number 4.

PADDINGTON SAILING OFF INTO THE DISTANCE!
Paddington in Peru sails further downstream at 5.

DOG MAN BARKS UP A NEW ENTRY AT NUMBER SIX!
Our second new entry of the week is the fully animated DreamWorks action-comedy film Dog Man, which debuts at Number 6.

MOANA 2 DRIFTING OUT TO SEA!
The animated Disney sequel Moana 2 starts drifting out to sea at Number 7.

MUFASA’S ROAR IS WEAKENING!
Mufasa: The Lion King walks back into the jungle as it drops to Number 8.

IT IS STILL BLACK SMOKE FOR CONCLAVE!
Conclave scores another week inside the top ten as it falls two places to Number 9.

KRAVEN THE HUNTER HUNTS DOWN A TOP-TEN PLACE AGAIN!
Finally, the Marvel superhero film Kraven the Hunter, starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson, bounces back into the Top 10, up five places. Previously, it peaked at Number 5 upon its original release.

END OF THE ROAD FOR THIS WEEK!
And that rounds off this week’s official top ten titles. What will be in the top spot next week? At the moment, the top spot keeps changing from week to week, so it is anyone’s guess. So, until next week…
