Thanks to a conversation between Tim Cook and Ben Stiller on X, season 3 of the Apple TV+ award-winning thriller Severance is confirmed!

Are you ready for some more Severance?

Apple TV+ is excited to announce that the acclaimed workplace thriller *Severance* has been renewed for a third season. Created by Ben Stiller and Dan Erickson, the show has won multiple Emmy and Peabody Awards. Recently, Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed the renewal in a conversation with Stiller on X.

Praise Keir! All appears to be well at Lumon Industries. Following its record-breaking second season, “Severance,” the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning thriller, has been renewed for a third season on Apple TV+. Hailing from executive producer and director Ben Stiller and starring Emmy Award nominee Adam Scott. Britt Lower. Tramell Tillman. Zach Cherry. Jen Tullock. Michael Chernus. Dichen Lachman. Emmy Award winner John Turturro. Academy Award winner Christopher Walken and Academy and Emmy Award winner Patricia Arquette. Since its widely celebrated debut, “Severance” has captured the attention of audiences and critics alike, earning praise as one of the best TV shows of the past decade. Many consider it a cultural phenomenon and claim it’s the best thing on TV.

ABOUT THE SERIES

In “Severance,” Mark Scout (Scott) leads a team at Lumon Industries. Whose employees have undergone a severance procedure that surgically divides their memories between their work and personal lives. This bold experiment in achieving “work-life balance” raises some questions. Mark finds himself at the centre of an unravelling mystery that will force him to confront the true nature of his work… and of himself. In season two, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of trifling with the severance barrier. Leading them further down a path of woe. Season two welcomes new series regulars Sarah Bock and Ólafur Darri Ólafsson.

“Severance” features Ben Stiller as the executive producer and director of five episodes this season. The directing team also includes Uta Bresiewitz, Sam Donovan, and Jessica Lee Gagné. Dan Erickson created, wrote, and serves as the executive producer of the series. For season two, executive producers include John Lesher, Jackie Cohn, Mark Friedman, Beau Willimon, Jordan Tappis, Caroline Baron, Richard Schwartz, and Nicholas Weinstock. Adam Scott and Patricia Arquette not only star in the show but also take on executive producer roles. The studio producing the series is Fifth Season.
