THE UK TOP TEN
This week, we see one new entry and three re-entries into the chart placings. To make way for these titles, it’s the end of the road for Wicked. Kingdom Of Heaven. Gladiator II, and Captain America: Brave New World. But where have these titles entered, and what are they? Hurry up, death doesn’t like to be kept waiting.

DEATH RUNS IN THE FAMILY AT THE TOP OF THE CHART!
Final Destination: Bloodlines debuts atop this week’s Official Film Chart, ending A Minecraft Movie’s reign. The sixth instalment in the Final Destination supernatural horror series, directed by Zach Lipovsky and Adam Stein. It is based on a story by Jon Watts, Guy Busick and Lori Evans Taylor, set in 1960s New York. At the opening of the high-rise restaurant tower Sky View in Cloverdale, Iris Campbell (Brec Bassinger) predicts a fatal collapse of the tower. Killing all those inside. With Death’s design now disrupted, Death begins to take the lives of those in attendance in the order in which they’d have died in Iris’s Sky View premonition.

A MINECRAFT MOVIE LOSES A LIFE!
Thanks to death making an appearance, A Minecraft Movie is forced to retreat down to Number 2.

28 DAYS LATER GETS SOME NEW BLOOD!
With the theatrical release of 28 Years Later, the first film in Danny Boyle’s post-apocalyptic horror series, 2002’s 28 Days Later, lifts five this week to Number 3.

BRIDGET JONES IS MAD ABOUT LOSING A PLACE!
Losing a place this week is Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy, down a place to Number 4.

HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON 2 FLIES UP THE CHART!
After the release of the live-action remake, How To Train Your Dragon 2 flies up the chart by four places to Number 5.

SINNERS GET SINNED AGAINST!
After making its chart debut last week, Sinners gets cast down to Number 6.

THE AMATEUR FEELS AMATEURISH!
The Rami Malek thriller, The Amateur, feels amateurish this week as it falls to Number 7.

NOSFERATU ARRIVES TO TAKE ANOTHER CHART BITE!
After being available for a discounted price this past Mega Movie Weekend, Nosferatu emerges from the darkness to reappear at Number 8.

WHEN ONE DRAGON MOVIE IS NOT ENOUGH!
It is a case of one Dragon movie not being enough this week, as How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World returns to the chart at Number 9.

OK, SO WHEN TWO DRAGON MOVIES ARE NOT ENOUGH!
The How To Train Your Dragon Franchise grabs three spots in the chart as the original How To Train Your Dragon arrives at the tenth and final spot on the UK top ten.

And that is this week’s Official Top Ten Film Chart. With box office hits constantly hitting the PVOD market, we are in for a deluge of top-quality home entertainment to keep us going over the summer.
