This week, we see two new entries and three re-entries into the chart positions. To make way for these titles, we bid a fond farewell to How To Train Your Dragon 2, How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World, Lethal Weapon, Sinners, and The Amateur. MINECRAFT CONTINUES TO DOMINATE!
A Minecraft Movie returns to the Official Film Chart summit for a fourth non-consecutive week

THUNDERBOLTS* THUNDER THEIR WAY INTO THE CHART!
Walt Disney Studios’ Thunderbolts* becomes a brand-new entry in this week’s Official Film Chart at Number 2, following its digital release last week on 1 July. Set in the Marvel Universe, the character-driven thriller follows misfit antiheroes Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, and others as they are forced into a black-ops mission that spirals into chaos. As buried secrets surface and loyalties fracture, the group confronts their darkest selves in a haunting psychological gauntlet that redefines what it means to be a team.

Wicked re-enters the Top 10 at Number 3

THE DINOSAURS CONTINUE TO DOMINATE!
2022’s Jurassic World: Dominion climbs two places to Number 4 following the latest release of the franchise, Jurassic World: Rebirth, in cinemas.

BRIDGET JONES IS MAD TO LOSE A PLACE!
Renee Zellweger is hopping mad as Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy Falls to Number 5.

SNOW WHITE RETURNS FROM THE FOREST WILDERNESS!
Walt Disney Studios’ Snow White returns to the Top 10 at Number 6 following its addition to the Disney+ streaming service.

BLOODLINES HURDLE TOWARDS THEIR FINAL DESTINATION!
Final Destination: Bloodlines faces its fate as it falls to Number 7.

THE CHART GOES WITH THE FLOW!
Elevation Studios’ Flow (2024), a dialogue-free, 3DCG animated feature directed by Gints Zilbalodis, returns at Number 8.

28 DAYS LATER IS HEADING OUT OF THE CHART!
With the sequel still pulling in the box office cash, 28 Days Later falls six places to Number 9.

SEAN CONNERY MAKES A WELCOME ENTRANCE INTO THE CHARTS SIX TIMES!
In the Top 10 this week, the only other new entry comes from Sean Connery with his 6 Film Collection at Number 10. This limited-edition collection includes six iconic films that laid the foundation for the legendary franchise: Dr. No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, and Diamonds Are Forever. This re-entry coincides with the release of the box set across stores nationwide.

FINISHING OFF
