As part of a new collaboration, Love Is Blind: UK has teamed up with IRL dating brand Thursday to launch a nationwide campaign inspired by the highly anticipated second season. Rooted in the belief that true connection goes beyond appearances, the partnership brings the iconic Love Is Blind experience from screen to reality. Inviting singles across the UK to literally step into the ‘pods’ and put chemistry to the test.
AN AUGUST ROLL OUT
Throughout August, the partnership will roll out immersive pod-style blind date experiences at Thursday’s legendary singles parties across three cities. Kicking off with a London event hosted by Matt and Emma Willis on 7 August, followed by Manchester on 14 August and Glasgow on 27 August. Together, Love is Blind: UK and Thursday are asking UK singles the ultimate question: Is love really blind?

As part of the events, attendees will have the chance to enjoy exclusive experiences, including:
IRL Pod Dates
Confessions Couch catch-ups, where guests can spill the beans on the couch
Netflix-branded giveaways and themed activities, all paying tribute to the most iconic moments from the series, with Love is Blind: UK x Thursday dating events running throughout the same month. Tickets will be available exclusively through the Thursday website, where users can sign up for a ticket for free—and maybe even find someone to watch the BAFTA-nominated series with.
SEASON 2
The pods are opening again. Following the success of the first season of Love Is Blind: UK, Netflix is serving up a second helping of singletons trying to find love. Season 2 of Love Is Blind: UK will be available on Netflix starting August 13th. Over the course of three weeks, fans will have ten episodes to enjoy. Matt and Emma Willis are back to host the series, filmed in the UK, Sweden, and Cyprus. You can now watch the teaser for the second season below.
PREMISE
UK and Ireland-based singles who want to be loved for who they are have signed up for a less-conventional approach to modern dating. And will choose someone to marry without ever meeting them. Over several weeks, the newly engaged couples will move in together. Plan their wedding and discover if their physical connection aligns with their strong emotional bond formed in the Pods. When their wedding day arrives, will real-world realities and external factors push them apart? Or will they marry the person they fell blindly in love with? Hosted by Matt and Emma Willis, this series will uncover whether looks, race or age do matter. Or if love really is blind.
