THE UK TOP TEN BESTSELLING TITLES
This week sees a single new entry and a single re-entry into the chart positions. To make way for this pair of titles, we say farewell to Final Destination: Bloodlines and Jurassic World. But what are these two titles, and where have they entered? Grab your joysticks again as we find out.

A MINECRAFT MOVIE REFUSES TO BUDGE!
A Minecraft Movie returns to the Official Film Chart summit for a sixth non-consecutive week.

THE AMATEUR RUNS BACK UP THE CHART!
Espionage and intrigue heat up at Number 2 with The Amateur. A pulse-pounding thriller from Walt Disney Studios, it has viewers on the edge of their seats and holds the highest chart position for an American action thriller.

KARATE KID: LEGENDS KICKS ITS WAY INTO THE TOP THREE!
Making a strong debut at Number 3 is Karate Kid: Legends, the highly anticipated reboot-sequel from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Blending new martial arts talent with familiar faces, this bold new chapter in the iconic franchise packs a punch, thrilling both longtime fans and a new generation alike.

SINNERS MANAGES TO SIN AGAIN!
The faith-based crime drama Sinners, at Number 4, moves up from tenth place last week.

WICKED LOSES BROOM POWER!
The musical fantasy, Wicked, continues to enchant, despite falling to Number 5.

THUNDERBOLTS* START TO GO QUIET!
Marvel’s Thunderbolts*, at Number 6 from Walt Disney, holds firm as superhero fans flock to see the darker side of the MCU.

BRIDGET JONES IS MAD ABOUT FALLING!
Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy is at Number 7, which sees Renée Zellweger return in her beloved role.

THE DOMINION IS DRAWING TO AN END!
Jurassic World: Dominion slips to number 8 this week.

JURASSIC PARK IS CLOSING!
The original (and best) film in the franchise, Jurassic Park, is set to close out its time in the top ten as it ends the week at Number 9.

THE PENGUIN LESSONS RETURN TO TEACH AGAIN!
Rounding off the chart is The Penguin Lessons at Number 10, Lionsgate’s touching adaptation of the bestselling book, which waddles into hearts with its mix of humour and heartfelt emotion.

FANCY A DANCE WITH BALLERINA ON PVOD?
This week’s major PVOD release is Ballerina. The film is a spin-off from the John Wick franchise. It stars Ana de Armas as ballerina-turned-assassin Eve Macarro, who takes on an army of killers as she avenges the death of her father. The supporting cast includes Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick (in his final screen appearance), Norman Reedus, Ian McShane, and Keanu Reeves. Any fan of John Wick will get a kick out of the film. It shares similarities with the main franchise, but Eve and Wick are distinct characters with unique traits. Anyone expecting a female John Wick is in for a shock. It’s similar, but takes a different direction from those films, despite Reeves appearing as Wick. In my own opinion, it is worth paying £15.99 to rent the film, but it’s better value to buy the film early for £19.99, which I have!

Can Ballerina dethrone A Minecraft Movie from the top spot next week? There’s only one way to find out. Come by again next week to see who’s in and who’s out of the top ten places. So, until then…
Whatever you decide, whatever you buy, stay safe, be kind, look after each other, and happy viewing!
