Just twenty-four hours after the first trailer arrived to drag us back to the upside down, Netflix has shared the first official poster for Stranger Things 5. The long-awaited conclusion to the hit series is emerging from the underworld on November 26, and Vecna is warming up his evil side. The glorious one-sheet reveals our intrepid band of Hawkins survivors as they enter the Upside Down for the final showdown. But Vecna is ready for them! Get your first look below.
SYNOPSIS
The fall of 1987. Hawkins is scarred by the opening of the Rifts, and our heroes are united by a single goal: find and kill Vecna. But he has vanished — his whereabouts and plans unknown. Complicating their mission, the government has placed the town under military quarantine and intensified its hunt for Eleven, forcing her back into hiding. As the anniversary of Will’s disappearance approaches, so does a heavy, familiar dread. The final battle is looming — and with it, a darkness more powerful and more deadly than anything they’ve faced before. To end this nightmare, they’ll need everyone — the full party — standing together, one last time.
CAST & CREW
Once again, most of our beloved original cast members return for this final installment. Millie Bobby Brown and Finn Wolfhard reprise the roles that launched their respective careers. Meanwhile, David Harbour and Winona Ryder make a welcome return as Chief Hopper and Joyce Byers, respectively. Adding to the excitement of the finale is the inclusion of Terminator legend Linda Hamilton.

Akers), and Linda Hamilton (Dr. Kay).

What a phenomenal new poster. Stranger Things has been a staple of our pop culture landscape for so long that the idea of it being put out to pasture is an alien concept. The Duffer Brothers changed the face of television when the series debuted in 2016, triggering a welcome sense of nostalgia for ’80s kids everywhere. Since then, the Flagship Series has gained legions of followers and is one of the most-watched streaming titles of all time. So, how will the show curtail the Hawkins crew’s adventures? Only time will tell. But with a show as beloved as this, expect Stranger Things 5 to go out with a massive bang!
Stranger Things 5 will release on Netflix across three premiere dates with Volume 1 on November 27 (four episodes), Volume 2 on Boxing Day (three episodes), and The Finale on New Year’s Day. Each volume releases at 1 AM GMT.
