LEGO Fortnite Odyssey’s NINJAGO: Rise of the Ninja goes live December 11. Get ready to explore, master ELEMENTAL abilities, and learn Spinjitzu as the story evolves.
Look out, LEGO fans, because the LEGO Fortnite Odyssey x Ninjago: Rise of the Ninja update is right around the corner. This major content update for Odyssey brings a new NINJAGO Island, new Nunchucks and Shuriken weapons, fierce foes to battle, and much more for players to explore. On NINJAGO Island, you can explore, master ELEMENTAL abilities, and learn Spinjitzu as the story evolves. And even better, the story continues in a second NINJAGO update in 2026!
But what can we expect from this epic new update? New characters? All-new LEGO Builds? Or even a new ability or two? If these are on your wishlist, you’re in for a treat. So, strap in and explore what’s coming!
ELEMENTAL’S
Set out as the ELEMENTAL Masters of ICE, LIGHTNING, and EARTH — Zane, Jay, and Cole — with their Outfits in the Shop. These three characters, plus Kai in the NINJAGO LEGO Pass, have life-size battle-ready forms for the first time. Check out their Fortnite Styles in non-LEGO games to see for yourself.
You’ll begin your journey at the Monastery, which is your “home base.” To ensure a happy fate for the island, you’ll be sent on a journey around the map to the ICE, LIGHTNING, and EARTH Sanctums. Become a student of these abilities and sharpen them for the final showdown. In addition to the ELEMENTS, take up Spinjitzu from a Spinjitzu Scroll and the new Nunchucks and Shurikens weapons to combat enemies!

When you purchase the NINJAGO LEGO Pass, you’ll auto-unlock the Kai Outfit. As you progress in the Pass, unlock three Builds as premium rewards:

Heads-up! You’ll start out on NINJAGO Island when the update goes live. Before the update, ensure the vehicles and items accompanying you are safe and secure at a Village by logging off at one of your Villages.

What an excellent new LEGO pass. Once again, the team at LEGO Fortnite has knocked this collaboration out of the park, and the Ninjago characters look exceptional. Their cross-compatibility with Battle Royale makes these new characters a must-have addition to every fan’s collection. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Fortnite has promised another bumper update early in 2026, so the sky is the limit for this collaboration, and long may it continue. Get set to unleash the power of LEGO Ninjago on Fortnite Odyssey tomorrow.
