Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien are treated to the holiday from hell in the final trailer for Sam Raimi’s Send Help.
20th Century Studios has released the final trailer for Sam Raimi’s survival horror film Send Help. The film is set to emerge from the jungle and onto cinema screens in February and promises to be a chilling affair. The film’s plot, coupled with Raimi’s signature flair for horror, is a tantalizing prospect, and today the final trailer has arrived to give us a taste of what we can expect. The film has been described as Cast Away meets Misery, and the trailer doubles down on that logline.
The film stars Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien as a hardworking female employee and her difficult boss, who are stranded on a desert island after their plane crashes. However, with their survival at risk, the duo will need to overcome their differences to stand a chance. But with so much animosity between them, survival is a long shot. Check out the trailer below.
SYNOPSIS
Comedy-adventure horror about a female put-upon employee and her jerk boss. On a business flight together with their company, the plane crashes on an island and only those two make it. She has serious survival skills which means she’s his only hope.

RELEASE
What a phenomenal trailer. With Sam Raimi’s signature vision behind the camera and Danny Elfman supplying the soundtrack, the film looks like a truly chilling rollercoaster ride. That, coupled with the breathtaking cinematography by Bill Pope and an equally sharp screenplay by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift, makes the film a standout among early 2026 releases. Whether the film can compete with this month’s other big hitters remains to be seen. But with Hamnet already reducing cinemagoers to tears and Chris Pratt’s Mercy offering the high-octane action, Send Help could be the perfect alternative. So let’s hope this desert island drama turns into a true nightmare!
Send Help, directed by Sam Raimi, releases in UK cinemas on February 5th.
