Pedro Pascal returns as Din Djarin / The Mandalorian alongside the lovable Grogu. Furthermore, Tauntauns are in the big game spot for The Mandalorian And Grogu.
This is the way! After three epic seasons on Disney+, The Mandalorian is taking to the big screen this summer. There was a delay to the fourth season due to the 2023 Hollywood labour disputes. Therefore, the team of Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni is instead bringing us The Mandalorian And Grogu. The big screen debut of the iconic character is set for release on May 22nd. Pedro Pascal returns once again to play Din Djarin / The Mandalorian alongside Sigourney Weaver, Jeremy Allen White, and Jonny Coyne. In addition, Filoni himself reprises his role from the series as New Republic X-wing pilot Trapper Wolf. It has also been confirmed that the character of Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios, seen in Star Wars: Rebels and his live-action debut in the series, will also feature in the film. And, of course, the lovable Grogu plays himself.
Sigourney Weaver portrays the character of Ward, a colonel and leader of the New Republic’s Adelphi Rangers. Jeremy Allen White is Rotta the Hutt: The son of the now-dead crime lord Jabba the Hutt, while Jonny Coyne is the villain of the piece as an Imperial Warlord, who is the leader of a faction of Galactic Empire remnants. After the brilliant first trailer, the big game spot for the film has arrived from Adelphi Base. Let’s take a look:
THE PREMISE
The New Republic enlists Din Djarin and his apprentice Grogu following the fall of the Galactic Empire. This all takes place during a period where remaining Imperial warlords threaten the galaxy.

THOUGHTS
Wow! What a TV Spot! If you weren’t excited for the film before, you should be now. Fans of the characters and the show should be in raptures of ecstasy and excitement with what they have seen here. All Star Wars fans will lap the teaser up, preparing themselves for what looks to be THE film of the summer. With the small glimpse we’ve been given, there are bound to be surprises lying in wait to spring out on us when the film opens. Given this is a Star Wars film, it should easily steady the franchise’s ship on the big screen ahead of next year’s Star Wars: Starfighter after a rocky ending to the Skywalker saga. Can The Mandalorian And Grogu bring the franchise back from the brink? From the looks of it, the answer is a resounding yes!

The Mandalorian And Grogu will arrive from Adelphi Base on May 22nd. This is the way.
