Hot Toys Announces New Iron Man and Thor Figures From Avengers: Age of Ultron

Hot Toys unveils updated versions of Iron Man and Thor from Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Today, Hot Toys is revisiting Avengers: Age of Ultron with 2.0 figures of Iron Man XLIII and Thor. There are two versions of Iron Man: the basic one and the deluxe version, which comes with a different base and an Ultron Sentry that can be disassembled. Thor is an artisan edition limited to 3,000 units in select markets.

IRON MAN XLIII 2.0 (DELUXE VERSION)

Serving as the perfection of Tony Stark’s armor engineering during the Avengers: Age of Ultron era, the Mark XLIII signaled a return to the definitive red and gold palette. From spearheading the assault on the HYDRA research base to standing as the frontline defense against the mechanical swarm of Ultron, this suit represents a pivotal moment in MCU history.

Hot Toys is proud to present the 1/6th scale Iron Man Mark XLIII (2.0) Collectible Figure (Deluxe Version). This release features a head sculpt capturing the likeness of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, complete with battle-damaged paint applications and separate rolling eyeballs. To offer an alternative display, the figure features an Iron Man helmeted head with LED light and interchangeable faceplates, allowing collectors to switch between a pristine and a battle-scarred look.

Crafted from diecast materials, the armor showcases metallic red, gold, and silver colors, treated with weathering effects to simulate the wear and tear of combat. The light-up system features a single USB-C port that conveniently activates all LED spots on the armor. White LEDs illuminate the eyes, repulsors, and arc reactor, while blue lights emanate from the sides of the chest, forearms, and legs. For combat posing, the figure is armed with magnetically attachable shoulder missiles and forearm rockets.

Exclusive to the Deluxe Version, the figure comes with a diorama figure base that replicates the rocky terrain of the Battle of Sokovia. Accompanying the base is a newly developed Ultron Sentry with weathering details. The Ultron Sentry features a specialized body that is approximately 34cm tall and can be disassembled into 15 individual parts, allowing you to replicate the aftermath of Iron Man’s devastating firepower.

Hot Toys proudly presents the highly anticipated 1/6th scale Thor Collectible Figure (Artisan Edition). The newly developed head sculpt features separate rolling eyeballs, detailed beard, and lifelike skin textures to perfectly capture Chris Hemsworth’s portrayal. Elevating this Artisan Edition is Thor’s meticulously implanted long blonde hairstyle, expertly styled from wool material into flowing waves with braided sections and hair tie details. The figure features a muscular body with two sets of interchangeable arms. One pair made of silicone and another scale-armored pair made of soft vinyl — all constructed with inner metal skeletons for a seamless joint design.
