At long last, the beloved game is returning to the platform, making it easier to play with friends on any Android device. On the Fortnite app, send an invite using the Invite a Friend button and level up to get the new Yeddy Outfit.
Timed with Fortnite’s global availability on Android comes the launch of the brand new Fortnite Showdown Season. Packed with awesome new characters and some great new re-skins, the game just got an injection of fresh energy. Beyond Battle Royale, there are more than 345,000 games to play in Fortnite built by developers with Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) – from racing and deathruns to horror and tycoon games.

But there’s more to the update than a new Battle Pass. Player can jump into quick Marvel | Blitz matches with refreshed loot, including Captain America’s Shield. For music fans on mobile, the Festival Main Stage now goes into portrait mode to make your onstage experience smoother. Tap directly on the note highway and feel every beat with haptic feedback.

AVENGERS ASSEMBLE
If that isn’t enough to have you logging into the map, Epic Games has also announced the arrival of the latest collaboration with Marvel Studios. Timed with the release of Marvel Blitz, new skins for Captain America and Iron Man will make their debut in the item store. Based on their appearances in The First Avenger and the original Iron Man, respectively, these new versions of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will be available from the item store TONIGHT. So, players can assemble their own Avengers to take the fight to the Ice King.

Sadly, aside from the Key Art and what we’ve seen in the trailer, we still know very little about the new season. However, the return of the Ice King and The Foundation hints at a flashback season packed full of OG surprises, so players have much to look forward to. Throw in a bunch of new weapons, some long-awaited mythic weapons, and a treasure trove of new skins coming to the item shop, and Fortnite Showdown promises to be a banger! And now, it’s all available from the Google Play Store.
