“It’s not the years honey, its the milage!” Actually, Indy, it IS the years. Forty-five of them to be exact! (No, I can’t believe it either). However, it has been that long since we first met Indiana Jones for the first time on the big screen. Now, after five films and countless excitement, its time to go back to where it all began again. From September 11 – 17, the classic adventure, Raiders of the Lost Ark, is back for one week only and, for the first time in UK cinemas, the film will be available to see in 4DX, as well as in 4K and IMAX.

Ok, confession time. Back in 1981, I DIDN’T see the film at the cinema. Instead, I passed it by in favor of Clash Of The Titans, which I did see at the movies. Ever since that day, I’ve regretted my decision. Not because I didn’t enjoy Clash Of The Titans, because I did (and still do, to this day). It’s because I missed seeing possibly one of the best movies ever made on the big screen where it belongs. This year, I get to rectify that mistake. My tickets are already booked, so I can FINALLY see Indy’s first adventure in the cinema, where I should have seen it forty-five years ago. And I’ll be seeing it in 4DX, 4K, and IMAX!
