The new Star Wars: The Last Jedi International media coverage has arrived and reveals Luke Skywalker holding his fathers Lightsaber…
The Last Jedi, is one of the most hotly anticipated Star Wars films of all time, and its arrival has sparked a tidal wave of euphoric expectation amongst the fans. With Mark Hamill, fully returning to the role of Luke Skywalker, the pressure upon Lucasfilm, and director Rian Johnson, to deliver a movie worthy of the fans admiration is greater than ever.
With the media coverage reaching its peak, Lucasfilm have turned their attention to the international market, and have released an all new trailer for us to dissect. It is not too dissimilar to the standard trailer, but there are a few exceptions to watch out for. If that isn’t enough to send us into an overload of Star Wars jubilation, they have also released a shiny new poster which has revealed Luke Skywalker, holding his father’s ignited Lightsaber.
To date, Lucasfilm have been reluctant to confirm that Luke will be wielding a Lightsaber in The Last Jedi, but with this new poster, I think it is safe to say that we have our confirmation.
You can enjoy both the poster and the new trailer here: Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for our first look at C-3PO!
With so many standout moments, we are surely set for a rollercoaster ride of fantastical Star Wars action when The Last Jedi hits our cinema screens this December.
The wait will be agonising, but the Force is with us and we are one with the Force!
Until next time
