Have the charismatic dynamic duo finally met their match in Idris Elba’s genetically altered superman?
Despite being omitted from the cast list of Fast & Furious 9, Dwayne Johnson will be bringing a new level of destruction to the franchise when the first “Fast & Furious Presents” spin-off races into the box office this August.

Alongside his Fast & Furious co-star Jason Statham, Johnson will be squaring off against Idris Elba’s Brixton Lore, a genetically engineered superman in Universal’s highly anticipated Hobbs & Shaw. The previous trailers have eluded to another effortlessly fun and explosive thrill ride, and as if you needed convincing any further, Universal has dropped an all-new final trailer upon us to hammer the message home.
This new trailer is packed with everything you could possibly want from a franchise regarded for it’s over the top mayhem and ferociously paced high-octane action. The hilariously tense relationship between Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw leads the charge for what is a shoo-in to be another hit for the Fast franchise.

Johnson and Statham’s screen presence is wonderful to watch at times. Their undeniable chemistry has forged the bedrock for a what will undoubtedly be a lucrative bonus franchise for Universal and judging by this latest trailer, we are all set for another exciting popcorn flick when the movie hits this August.
