Thomas joins the fight against Red Skull alongside Peggy Carter and Captain America from Hasbro’s Marvel Legends line!

Intelligible for the armed services due to his small stature and sickly disposition, the Patriotic Steve Rogers instead volunteered for a top-secret military experiment called “project rebirth.” recognised for his valour and strategic aptitude, Rogers was injected with the super-soldier serum, which transfigured his cellular structure and transformed him into Captain America. Peggy Carter befriends Steve Rogers while supervising project rebirth and the two join forces to take on the global menace together.

For the 80th anniversary of Marvel, Hasbro is releasing a great number of 2-packs from the Marvel Cinematic Universe in August, though in some stores they are already available. Captain America & Peggy Carter is the only 2-pack that won’t be available in Europe except for import stocks.

This 2-pack is heavy in accessories – 2 shields, one pistol, one knife, one rifle, one helmet and one additional interchangeable head for Steve Rogers! Hasbro always delivers with these packs!

After all these years, Hasbro has finally given us a Peggy Carter figure and I got to say it was worth the wait! The head sculpt is spot on Hayley Atwell and the digital face paint is excellent along with the paint app. The hairpiece has been sculpted on a separate piece than the face, it always gives better results this way and Hasbro knows it, they’ve been doing that with most of their recent figures.

The outfit is screen accurate. This figure has 19 points of articulation but as you would guess the skirt limits the articulation range.

As for Captain America, it’s great to get him in his outfit from his first solo movie, it will go well with the Red Skull figure! It’s nicely detailed and for the leather jacket, Hasbro tried to give it a different texture than the rest of the outfit and it works really good! There’s a holster for the knife and the gun.

The two head sculpts are excellent, Hasbro nailed it, you can see the likeness to Chris Evans there, well done! The second head sculpt has the haircut slightly different for the helmet to be put on it.

This figure has 20 points of articulation and with all the accessories it comes with, you have plenty of great action poses for him!
