Review:

The first word that comes into mind when you talk about Hot Toys is PERFECTION or MINDBLOWING. The work this brand does is truly incredible, it’s an art, it’s a craft! The people who sculpt the heads are super talented, it’s difficult to get the exact likeness of an actor or an actress, but these people get it totally right and it always amazes me. That being said, you’ve obviously guessed it, Obi-Wan is another work of art from Hot Toys. They got all the little details on the skin, the beard and the eyes, they have this serious Ewan McGregor look! I don’t have anything negative to say about the head sculpt, really!

The Jedi outfit is wonderful with all the different types of quality fabric used to get all the different parts of the outfit screen accurate! They used faux leather for the boots and the belt. And it’s the right colors!

The hands had to include the hand for the classic Obi-Wan pose, it’s the obligatory hand you need in any Obi-Wan figure! This figure has over 30 points of articulation.

As usual with Jedi figures, there is light-up LED lightsaber arm and I just love this technology, it’s a lot of fun! Compared to the other figures, I had more difficulties to interchange the arms on this one, it was really stuck but the secret is to always be careful when you remove the arms and don’t use excessive force to remove the arms.

For the droid, as you would expect from HT, it’s all accurate and very detailed. It’s three pieces, there is no point of articulation there. Same for Luke. I think it’s a nice little accessory to have included and hopefully, it’s a sign a Bail Organa with baby Leia is not far behind.

I didn’t expect the holographic table to be this big, it’s a huge accessory, it’s the same size as in the movie from the Jedi Temple scene with Obi-Wan and Yoda! The holograms are not much detailed.
